Daniel's philosophy on design is to question the everyday and challenge things to be different, not just better. Daniel received his BFA in industrial design from California College of the Arts in San Francisco where he currently resides. He has worked as an industrial designer with wearable technology startups in the Bay Area. Daniel gets excited about innovating in areas often overlooked and working in teams to solve challenging problems.
When Daniel isn’t hard at work designing products, he likes to get his hands dirty making objects. Daniel started his company, Bay Leaf Bags, early 2015 with a sewing machine and a desire to create stripped down carry goods out of durable materials. Since its launch, Daniel has created a variety of products that can be found at stores in San Francisco or on his web store. Daniel loves to cook and spends almost every night exploring new recipes from his kitchen. He is also an avid lover of music and plays piano, guitar and ukulele.
